Who is CMA (Community Managers Associates)?
CMA is the management company that the Claymont HOA Board has selected to administer our accounting functions including collection of the HOA fees, bill paying, and tax reporting among other functions.
How do I pay my HOA fee?
CMA now uses First Citizens Bank to process our HOA Fees. The payment information that was mailed with the 2026 assessments can be found here, 2026 Assessment Information.

What do my yearly HOA dues cover?
The fees go to accounting/tax fees (CMA), electricity, water, lawncare and insurance. As well as savings to fund larger maintenance projects such as Monticello Parkway green space, Claymont drive main-entrance, Country Club and Sudbury entrances, the irrigation system, and street lights. It also funds our social events that are held through out the year.
Who has access to the neighborhood funds?
The Claymont board is a volunteer board that is unpaid. The board doesn’t have access to the funds. The board has to present an invoice from a vendor and give CMA approval to pay the vendor. CMA pays vendors directly.
I’m putting in a new fence, anything I need to know?
Chain linked fences are not allowed. Ballwin permit process must be done. Click here to download permit.
